But sometimes things break. And when they do it’s usually at night or on Sunday afternoons, when it’s all but impossible to get anyone to help.

Another part is to ensure that your property stays in the best condition possible. Whether it’s your gardens, gutters, plumbing or paint, sooner or later all buildings need a little love. And you can’t expect tenants to love it like you do.

So we decided to offer a full, in-house property maintenance service , including after hours and emergency repairs. Our thoroughly handyman is available at short notice to sort out any unexpected problems.

Not only does he come at very competitive rates, with your management agreement you automatically get $200 worth of FREE work every year ! Use this for any under-lease jobs as necessary, or get him to come in at the end of the tenancy and start swinging a paint brush!

Repairs, replacement, installation.

Replacing damaged pavers, installing new pavers.

Replace flyscreens, fix sliding doors rollers, hang/replace doors, fix/replace door handles, emergency key delivery.

Mould removal, repairs & painting of all damaged paintwork.

Repairs/replacement of all wooden fixtures & fittings.

Cleaning & repairs to gutters/downpipes.

Rubbish/furniture removal from abandoned premises.

Including tiles & grout, ovens & rangehoods, fans, air-con filters & glazing.

We maintain great relationships with a comprehensive list of local sub-contractors .

All issues requiring tradesmen will be taken care of at short notice by our friendly team.

We also help tenants with a user-friendly trouble-shooting instruction guide as part of the ingoing tenancy paperwork, to minimize the common problems tenants face getting used to a new home.
