MANDURAH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT guarantee to provide our clients with a superior level of service and professional conduct. If at any time you feel that our services fail to meet acceptable standards, or are not to your complete satisfaction, we will seek to rectify your concerns immediately we are notified. Please contact us in writing, and if we do not completely resolve the matter within 2 business days, we will offer you 3 months of continued management, fee free.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns or provide you a service you are completely happy with, please notify, in writing, our Director belinda@mandurahpm.com.au and we will release you unconditionally from your management authority contract.
